What is the best dish on the Surasang menu (Royal court cuisine for kings)?

              I think the best dish in Surasang is Sinseollo, cause Sinseollo meaningful Yeolgujatang called "the soup that makes your mouth happy". The cuisine introduced from the Qing Dynasty, China during the Joseon Dynasty. By the time the royal courtier, Sinseollo dish modified to fit the Joseon culture and become a dinner party dish.
             

              Sinseollo became very popular when the drama "Daejanggeum" or also known by the title "Jewel in the Palace" which tells the story of a girl named Jang Geum life during the Joseon Dynasty that has a hierarchical structure and rigid social. Through a series of dramatic story, Jang Geum became the first woman to become a doctor with the highest levels in the kingdom at that time. Because this series tells the story of the life of the kingdom, then no doubt a lot of grain, there are customs and culture of that era that became popular and widely known, including Sinseollo.

           

           Now, Sinseollo Korean cuisine can be regarded as a highly nutritious, tastes good and look beautiful.
