* Pat Bing Soo (팥빙수).
Pat Bing Soo is a kind of shaved ice served with sweet toppings.
Topping that adorn Pat Bing Soo include red beans, milk, fruit syrups and a variety of fruits. Sometimes there is also the added ice cream / frozen yogurt and cereal to add delicacy.
