Wanna have lunch in Summer? ^^

``````````(^u^)``~~~~~ (3_3)/~~~~~``````
Maybe I could you one popular kind of foods in Summer, this is Yeolmu Mulkimchi Guksu. Besides has delicious taste, it's fresh and match for eating in Summer.
Let's get to know it! :) :) :)
*Yeolmu Mulkimchi Guksu
Young radish water kimchi, or yeolmu-mul-kimchi, is the most popular kind of kimchi in Korea during the spring-summer season.
Eaten as a cold dish, this kimchi‘s cool and spicy taste refreshes the body, giving relief from the scorching heat of summer.
When combined with white wheat noodles, or somyeon, this can be a real summer specialty.
To prepare yeolmu-mul-kimchi guksu:
1. Cook white thin wheat noodles, or somyeon, in boiling water. Make sure to stir noodles from time to time and add a cup of cold water each time the noodles boil over. Do this about 3 times.
2. When the noodles become tender, rinse them well in cold water and remove moisture.
3. Put the prepared noodles in a bowl, and pour in well-fermented young-radish water kimchi (yeolmu-mul-kimchi) on top of the noodles.
4. Finally, add a few drops of sesame oil to taste. Some sugar and vinegar can be added too if the kimchi is only slightly fermented.
5. Enjoy this refreshing dish as a main meal.
The reason I choose this item, cause in Summer sometime we need a food that not only could make us fresh but also it has the Korean taste, cause Korea has been well known of Kimchi. And I think Yeolmu Mulkimchi is the best choice. It has been popular dish in Summer, too.
